This agreement is between you and Mellow Mynk LLC for your use of Valora. By using Valora, you agree to these terms.
What Valora is
Valora is a self-tracking tool for perimenopause and related symptoms. It helps you record your experience, notice patterns in your own history, and prepare for conversations with a clinician.
Not medical advice
Valora is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing in Valora, including generated responses, personal writing, observations, or doctor summaries, is medical advice or a diagnosis. Seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, the decisions you make about sharing it, and the security of your account and device. Use Valora only for lawful, personal purposes.
Your content
Your entries remain yours. You give Mellow Mynk LLC only the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, display, export, and delete your information and to provide features you deliberately request.
Pilot participation
Valora is in an early pilot. Pilot features may change, fail, or be removed. Pilot access is provided for the stated 60-day period and does not guarantee continued free access to future paid features. Your recorded history remains subject to the export and deletion choices in the app.
Subscriptions
Some future features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation methods will be shown before purchase. A free pilot does not create a paid subscription. When payment is offered through Google Play or the web, the terms displayed by that billing provider also apply.
Availability
We work to keep Valora reliable, but the service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular medical or personal purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mellow Mynk LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Valora. Decisions about your health remain between you and your qualified healthcare professionals.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Valora at any time. You can export your history, delete health data, or permanently delete your account using the in-app controls and the account-deletion instructions.
Changes
These terms may be updated. If a change is meaningful, the updated date will change and notice will be provided in the app when appropriate. Continued use after an applicable update means you accept the revised terms.
